In its continuing mission to nurture innovation and entrepreneurship among students, the University of Mindanao officially opens the call for entries to the TANOM IDEYA: UMasenso Hub Startup Seeding Bootcamp with the theme "Planting Ideas, Growing Futures."
The program invites aspiring innovators from all colleges and branches of the University of Mindanao to turn their groundbreaking concepts into viable startup ventures. Students with promising ideas in AgriTech, EnviTech, HealthTech, EdTech, and SmartTech are encouraged to form teams of up to five members and submit their proposals.
Each entry must present a clearly defined problem, an innovative solution, a target market, and a well-prepared Lean Canvas and Pitch Deck. The deadline for submissions is set on September 5, 2025.
From all submissions, the Top 10 entries will be announced on the UMasenso Hub Facebook Page and will advance to the Startup Seeding Bootcamp on September 22-23, 2025. Here, participants will undergo intensive mentoring, culminating in a Pitch Deck Competition, where winning teams will earn the opportunity to join the Technology Business Incubator`s incubation program - a launchpad for their entrepreneurial journey.
