UM-RIC Welcomes DSSC-RPO for Benchmarking on Research Incentives and Best Practices

The University of Mindanao – Research and Innovation Center (UM-RIC) welcomed the Research Publication Office of Davao del Sur State College (DSSC-RPO) for a benchmarking visit on the university’s Research Incentives Scheme and other best practices in research management. 

Leading UM were Dr. Maria Linda B. Arquiza, Vice President for Research and Innovation Center; Dr. Joel B. Tan, Assistant Vice President; Dr. Charlyn T. Gorgonio, Director of the Institute of Biodiversity and Environment; and Mr. Conrado Jr. B. Panerio, Director of the Institute of Social Welfare and Human Development. DSSC was represented by its Research Publication Office Coordinator, Assistant Professor Jayson R. Pucot, and staff member, Mr. Kingroy G. Redoblado. 

The activity highlights UM’s commitment to strengthening research collaboration and reflects the vision of the university, under the leadership of President and CEO Dr. Guillermo P. Torres, Jr., to advance excellence in education, research, and innovation.
