UM Digos conducts a Research Retooling Activity aimed at strengthening the research culture and capacities of its faculty and staff. The event was graced by no less than the Vice President for the Research and Publication, Dr. Maria Linda B. Arquiza, along with the AVP for Business and Social Science Studies, Dr. Joel B. Tan, and the Supervising Research Director, Mr. Conrado Jr. B. Panerio.
Through this initiative, participants were reintroduced to research fundamentals, publication processes, and current strategies to improve research outputs aligned with institutional goals. UM remains committed to building a robust and responsive research community - one that contributes meaningfully to academic excellence and social development.
